COPYRIGHT POLICY
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Moonbay
Technology Inc. (“MBT”) written notice containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest that is allegedly infringed;
   
   
2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed or to be the subject of infringing activity; if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at such site;
   
   
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located, with enough detail sufficient to permit MBT to locate such material;
   
   
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit MBT to contact you, including a name, address, telephone number and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
   
   
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent or the law; and,
   
   
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
